Shirley completed her Bachelor of Social Work from the University of WA in 2005. She has worked as an Oncology Social Worker at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital in Perth since 2009 including both inpatient and outpatient settings.
She enjoys working with families to try to make their cancer journey a little smoother and is interested in the different ways that people react and cope with cancer and what factors influence this.
